Additional information

We may at your request transact simple purchases from which you obtain a license for use of our product. We don’t store credit card information on our site. Your interaction to obtain a license to our product may be handled up stream from this site in a controlled App store managed and secured by Microsoft or Apple; or you may purchase through our site utilizing an identified trusted and secure third party with whom we have partnered.

How we protect your data

Our site is secure, and uses secure protocols to transfer data to and from your computer, you can rest assured that when you are browsing our site, we are who we say we are. When we are transacting a purchase the communication is linked between you and our external partner for which we do business, which communication is itself securely encrypted and is a one time transaction– nothing stored. We utilize this external party so that your credit card information is NOT in our system, remains with you and is never shared with anyone.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Should a data breach occur, we will inform you through the use of email registered within your User profile, which you have setup with us. Please keep this email current so we can notify you of such incident. However, keep in mind, we do not store Credit Card information in our system, so the most that a breach would have access to would be what is in the User profile which is minimally user id, avatar, and email address.

What third parties we receive data from

At this time we do not receive third party data.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

Several products we offer will run on hardware or systems which will automatically gather detail about your location, your environment, visually mapping your space, including listening to the audio of your environment. Each app which utilizes this data will prompt for your permission to allow access to such data from each onboard device(camera, mic, etc). This data is gathered real-time and is not persisted unless specified within the app description. Typically this data is gathered to provide an intended real-time experience.

Some apps will per your prompted permission, allow collaboration between multiple users of similar devices to share the same real-time experience.

None of this real-time data is stored or reported back to this site.
